CHALLENGES

  • Outdated look that didn’t reflect the local Australia feel
  • Primary device for web browsing is mobile – current website was not responsive
  • Pages and products were hard to find and navigate between. Not clear for consumers in helping them decide which was right for them
  • While there is no online store for Church and Dwight, we needed a solution to close the loop on retailers
  • Difficultly for brand to make their own content changes

THE SOLUTION

  • Pull through new branding look and feel, with fresh imagery that reflected the “real women” we showcased in our media campaign
  • Design site with responsiveness
  • Create a user friendly simplified browsing experience with a product finder that allowed consumers to filter by product type and search by body part, skin type or concern
  • Add a price comparison widget that pulled through real time RRP price data from online retailers stocking Nair
  • Easy content management system for Client to self manage
